#paintupnabaa invited us to start the day with a fun, educational and hands on clean up of the Dahr El Jamal Garden! We split them into groups to collect glass, metal, paper, plastic and mixed #ecoboard material! @recyclebeirut shared how they collect, sort and recycle the waste.
We picked up the following to be recycled by @recyclebeirut
1 bag of glass
1 bag of metal
4 bags of paper and cardboard
1 bag of plastic
3 bags of mixuse ecoboard material - like cigarette butts, candy wrappers, chips bags which recycle Beirut will keep to go to @ziadabichaker >>> solutions exist and we can each start sorting and be part of reducing and keeping our trash out of the landfills, rivers, beaches and streets. #ecowarriors #savelebanon #livelovelebanon #lebanon #cleanup
